Join us on National Wreaths Across America Day
December 17th, 2022
Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, our mission to Remember, Honor and Teach is carried out by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 2,100 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea and abroad.
Post 4031 is helping the Blue Star Mothers and the American Heritage Girls to organize this national effort. Last year Post 4031 helped lay over 400 wreaths.
This is the link for the Wreathes Across America Web Site. Use this link to sponsor a wreath. You can sponsor one for any cemetery in general that participates in the program or designate a certain cemetery to receive the wreath. Here is a link to the Durango Blue Star Mothers site where you can purchase wreaths and get more information.
