VFW Post 4031 is starting a Red Shirt Fridays campaign to allow the Durango Community to show their support for our troops everywhere but especially those deployed around the world. RED stands for Remember Everyone deployed. More than 160,000 of our troops are deployed. Additionally 1/3 of the US Navy is on deployment. Deployments are stressful on our troops and their families. Even now with our many major conflicts over, our troops are often in hostile environments and/or stationed in places where living conditions are less than favorable. They need our support. VFW 4031 is offering both men's and ladies Red Shirts featuring a new design showing RED on the front and Home of the Free because of the Brave.
